2014: The year to become healthier

Happy New Year!

Many people make ambitious New Year's health resolutions, become discouraged when they don't achieve their objectives, and then fall off the wagon. The key isn't hitting a target (unless your doctor wants you to), but making consistent improvement.

You want to strive to be healthier. If you are not becoming more healthy, then you are most likely becoming less healthy. Choose one or two simple quantifiable health metrics, tell your family and friends that you want to improve in those areas, and then monitor and share your progress.
